Excellent prices lifetime warranty on everything. Helpful staff surprisingly, quality tools. The tool boxes are actually built with thicker gauge steel than my Snap-on 54 inch roll cab. The flex head ratchets are pretty tough. Even the universal impact sockets are more than worth buying

Always find great deals on basics at Harbor Freight! All the tools I've purchased from here perform just as well as some of the big name brand models, but for half the cost! I always enjoy the coupons they send and the freebies they include every now and again. Definitely a good place for budget tools.

It's a Harbor Frieght, what else do you expect? Decently priced tools, but I'd be careful what I bought. Work gloves and a screw driver? Perfect. A 3 ton jack? Not on my life. The associates are very nice though.

I went to Harbor freight in Waterbury to buy some Atlas cordless lawn care equipment. They had everything I was looking for. It was already on sale, but I had extra coupons that I wanted to use. The manager (I think his name was Mike) came over and made sure all my coupons went through correctly and then he helped me load everything into the car. I also received 10% off my entire purchase for opening a Harbor Freight credit card. I got an amazing deal thanks to mike! Great store!

Great place to buy cheap tools and equipment, but remember, you do get what you pay for.
